Early years

Vidot played his junior football at Souths Acacia Ridge.

Canberra Raiders

After showcasing his talent in the Canberra Raiders U/20 Toyota Cup team (who won the Grand Final in that season) Vidot was called on to make his first grade debut for the Raiders against the Knights in round 17 of the 2009 NRL season. Since making his debut Vidot scored 9 tries in only 13 matches including a remarkable effort against the Knights in which he over powered 2 defenders to put the ball down in the corner. He was selected in the Samoan train on squad in 2010, but withdrew so he would remain eligible for Queensland.[3]

In the 2011 NRL season, Vidot played in 12 games. In these 12 matches, he scored 5 tries.

St. George Illawarra Dragons

He signed with the St George Illawarra Dragons starting in the 2012 season on a 2 year deal. The announcement was made on 30 August 2011.
